How will I know that the limited edition prints are original limited editions?
All limited edition photographic prints will be signed, numbered and shipped with a certificate of authenticity.
What do I have to do if the artwork gets damaged during delivery?
If there is any damage on the artwork when you receive it, please send me an email to email@example.com (please attach pictures of the damaged artwork if possible). Then I will send you a new print free of charge. The damaged print to be sent back to me before I get the new one delivered to you. Delivery of the damaged print won’t be charged.)
Can I order different type of frames or different sized prints from the ones stated in the Webshop?
Yes, you may order different type of frames or different sized prints from what is displayed in the Webshop. Please send me the details of your request to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can send you the price of the artwork you wish to order.
How will the artwork be packaged and delivered?
Unframed prints will be shipped in a tube, framed prints will be shipped in a cardboard box, securely packed with bubble wrap.
What type of paper the photographic prints will be printed on?
All artwork are printed on Hahnemühle glossy fine art paper.
Is the artwork covered under warranty?
All artwork are covered under a 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for credit, you can use in the Webshop, exchange or full refund up to 30 days.
How can I pay in the Webshop?
You may pay by direct bank transfer, PayPal, or by cash on delivery. You can simply select the payment option you wish to proceed with at checkout.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, artwork can be delivered worldwide. Delivery cost will be calculated based on your location at checkout.
